Our Founding Story
As a community-driven initiative, We Lead Youth Development Forum was born from a simple but powerful idea: What if the passion of the sports field could ignite the fire of entrepreneurship? This question is our bedrock.
We saw the discipline, teamwork, and resilience being forged in every game, and we knew these were the exact same qualities that build great entrepreneurs. Our mission became clear: to create a space where these two worlds could collide, creating a new path to success for our youth—one community at a time.

Orefile Masebe
Founder
Orefile is the founder of the non-profit We Lead Youth Development Forum, created to empower disadvantaged youth. Driven by social justice, his mission is to provide holistic support through mentorship and skills development to shape future leaders who can build a more equitable future for their communities.
Lalo Ntshabelelng
Co-Founder
The Co-Founder is a passionate youth advocate who champions economic empowerment. Inspired by the resilience of young people, he encourages them to be leaders in their families and communities, and acts as a dedicated support system for the team, contributing wherever needed to advance the vision.
Portia “Porsha” Tema
Secretary
As Secretary, Portia manages the organization's administrative and compliance functions with efficiency. She combines her professional expertise with a deep passion for community development and collaboration, and is committed to providing youth with the guidance and motivation they need to succeed.
Lesego Moloisi
Head of Communication
As Head of Communication, Lesego leads outreach initiatives and builds key stakeholder relationships. She strategically combines creativity and communication to ensure that We Lead's message of growth and opportunity inspires and connects with young people and the wider community.

Creative Strategist
As Creative Strategist, Ntsako uses her marketing expertise to design innovative and impactful campaigns. She combines creativity with strategic thinking to ensure the organization's message is engaging and effective, playing a crucial role in shaping We Lead's public image and outreach.

Creative Curator
Tumišo is a dynamic creative curator and changemaker, passionate about transforming communities through the power of media, mentorship, and meaningful collaboration.
